About Zach Ferrall

Service Above Self

Zach Ferrall was raised in St. Marys, Ohio and is a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. After high school, Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Wright State University, a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, and earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University.


Since graduating law school, he has spent his entire career in Auglaize County as an attorney and partner at Noble, Montague & Moul, LLC, building a respected general practice focused on estate planning, real estate, business law, family law, and litigation. In 2020, Zach was elected Law Director for the City of St. Marys, where he continues to serve by advising city leaders, drafting legislation, and representing the city in legal matters.


Beyond his professional work, Zach has always believed in giving back and “service above self”. He has served as President of the St. Marys Rotary Club, Vice President of MAV Youth Mentoring, a Director on the Auglaize/Mercer YMCA Board, and a dedicated member of the St. Marys Summerfest Committee. His service has been recognized by the St. Marys Chamber of Commerce with the Frank C. Murray Award for volunteerism. Zach was also awarded the prestigious Builder of Bridges Award for community service this year in St Marys, Ohio.


In 2024, Zach was elected District 16 Governor to the Ohio State Bar Association Board, where he helps shape policy and review legislation on behalf of Ohio’s legal professionals.


Zach and his wife, Stacy, live in St. Marys where they are deeply involved in the community they love.

Whether serving clients, guiding city leadership, or volunteering in the community, Zach Ferrall has built a career rooted in fairness, integrity, and respect for the law. Those same values will continue to guide him as he seeks to serve on the bench.
